Awards the bid to and authorizes the proper City officials to execute a Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sales Agreement with Rolly Marine Service, Inc., not to exceed the bid amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to include a commitment of Rolly to erect the fire wall at its sole expense, and further, such officials are authorized to execute and grant by quitclaim deed the property to Rolly. |
